Mission Statement
A branch of the Environmental
Safety Division of The University of Georgia (UGA) exists to
assist, support, and provide guidance to the outlying
facilities and campuses concerning environmental, health,
safety and regulatory issues. The Environmental Safety
Coordinator is the responsible contact for the outlying
facilities and campuses. By utilizing the expertise and
safety resources that already exist at the UGA Campus in
Athens, support and outreach can be offered to the
facilities outside of Athens.
