Services Provided

• Hazardous materials waste training for individuals and department groups handling and producing hazardous waste provided online at http://www.esd.uga.edu/hazmat/training.htm;
• Hazardous waste pick-up, classification, and disposal;
• Assistance to researchers in location of Chemical Abstract Services (CAS) numbers and chemical information;
• Special assistance to researchers concerning lab cleanouts;
• Assistance with questions concerning the handling, storage, and disposal of hazardous waste.
